what to expect during a session

A typical session will focus primarily on ancestral healing. This involves meeting guides in the lineage you’re working with, bringing healing to that lineage, and receiving their gifts and blessings.

I also offer intuitive readings for anything in your life that you’re curious about. The information you’ll receive during these readings will often focus on broader patterns and root causes, which can help shift whatever situation you’re experiencing in deep, lasting ways.

There are many amazing energy healing modalities, but I chose to focus on ancestral healing because harm and unwellness that is carried in our lineages can trickle down into our lives (or sometimes come in like a waterfall!) and significantly impact us.

  • feeling disconnected from yourself or not knowing who you truly are

  • chronic health issues

  • challenges with money, work, feeling unable to accept abundance, or not feeling like you deserve to thrive

  • never feeling at home or not knowing where you belong, even if you have a deep longing to put down roots (or, on the flip side, you might have a strong aversion to putting down roots!)

ancestral healing can help with:

  • a sense of disconnection from others, no matter how hard you try to build community

  • ongoing family issues that seem impossible to resolve (family can be anyone you define as such, including partners, children, extended family, step or adoptive family, and more)

  • any other challenging or complex situation in your life where you’re feeling stuck and you don’t understand why

Session Costs

Initial ancestral healing session (90 minutes): $145
Subsequent ancestral healing sessions (60-75 minutes): $120
Intuitive reading sessions (30 minutes): $60

My work is informed by my personal growth and healing journey, which has involved Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and other modalities, and I bring what I’ve learned from those to each session.
